Job Description:
Food and Beverage Associate at a Boutique Resort in South Goa


Responsibilities:


  • Greet guests warmly and contribute to a positive guest experience.
  • Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Upsell food and beverage items and provide recommendations to guests.
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with the resort's standards.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure food safety and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Handle cash and process payments accurately.
  • Assist with food and beverage inventory and stock management.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience as a food and beverage associate in a resort or hotel setting is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage trends, menu items, and wine pairing.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to provide excellent guest experience.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with mínimal supervision.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy trays.
  • Knowledge of local cuisine and regional food specialties is a plus.

Pay:
₹140, ₹200,000.00 per year
