    Summary :


    We are looking for a highly skilled QA Engineer with expertise in automation, manual, and performance testing to join our dynamic team.

    The QA Engineer will be responsible for creating comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts, identifying test scenarios based on both functional and non-functional requirements.

    The role involves performing feature testing, regression testing, and performance testing, along with exploratory testing to uncover defects not covered by formal test cases.

    The QA Engineer will play a crucial role in reporting and tracking defects, ensuring thorough documentation throughout the testing process.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Test Planning and Design :

    • Create detailed test plans outlining the testing approach and scope.
    • Develop test cases and test scripts based on functional and nonfunctional requirements.

    Test Execution :

    • Execute feature testing to validate software functionalities against specifications.
    • Conduct regression testing to ensure existing features remain unaffected by new changes.

    Performance Testing :

    • Design and execute performance tests to assess system scalability, stability, and responsiveness.
    • Identify and address performance bottlenecks in collaboration with development teams.

    Exploratory Testing :

    • Perform exploratory testing to uncover defects that may not be explicitly covered by formal test cases.
    • Apply critical thinking to assess the system's behavior in different scenarios.

    Defect Reporting and Tracking :

    • Report defects with clear and detailed information, including steps to reproduce.
    • Track defects through their lifecycle, ensuring proper documentation and resolution.

    Collaboration :

    • Collaborate with development teams, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and user stories.
    • Provide feedback on testability and potential areas of improvement.

    Documentation :

    • Maintain comprehensive documentation of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
    • Document test results, performance metrics, and defect status for reporting purposes.

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Proven experience as a QA Engineer with a focus on automation, manual, and performance testing.

    Skills and Experience :

    • Proficiency in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
    • Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
    • Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and continuous integration practices.

    Preferred Skills :

    • Certification in software testing or relevant areas.
    • Experience in testing web and mobile applications.
    • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
    • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java) for automation.
