    Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated US Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to negotiating offers and onboarding. The US Recruiter will play a crucial role in attracting top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs.


    Responsibilities:

    Sourcing and Candidate Identification:
    • Utilize various channels to source and identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
    • Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture.
    2.


    Candidate Screening and Interviewing:
    • Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate and conduct in depth interviews to assess candidates' technical and interpersonal skills.
    3.


    Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
    • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
    • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and collaborate on candidate selection.
    4.


    Job Posting and Advertisement:
    • Draft compelling job descriptions and advertisements.
    • Post jobs on various platforms and monitor the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
    5.


    Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:
    • Facilitate the offer negotiation process, ensuring competitive and fair compensation packages.
    • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
    6.


    Candidate Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.
    7.


    Data Management and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and up to date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
    • Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators.
