Purpose of the Role
To handle Japan Market, research and processing of card member transactions involves written and verbal communication with internal and external clients in Japanese language


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Global Payment Services is responsible to process the card member transactions globally
  • The incumbent should be able to maintain high accuracy as it involves processing credit to card member's account
  • This role is highly customer centric, and nature of job require very high level of accountability
  • The incumbent should ensure compliance with SLA and other internal guidelines of policies relating to the business area he/she is going to handle and must be control & quality conscious.
  • The incumbent would be required to consistently understand and exceed customer's requirement whilst always ensuring effective teamwork.
  • The incumbent should be able to maintain high accuracy, productivity standards & should have high willingness to learn.
  • The incumbent should have an eye for details with high focus on control & compliance.
  • Excellent communication & analytical skills and should be able to manage queries independently.
  • Result focus & selfdriven & high on flexibility.
  • Good on multitasking & time management.

Qualification

  • Commerce Graduate, with 04 years of experience
  • Basic Accounting Knowledge
  • JLPT N3 and N
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Result focus and selfdriven
  • High on flexibility
  • Knowledge of MS-Excel
  • Good on Multitasking and Time management
