    Description

    Position: MICE - Sales

    Role and Responsibilities

    • Will be responsible for aggressive selling of Corporate MICE
    • Good product knowledge of outbound destinations for selling of Corporate MICE
    • Handle customer query and booking for exotic destinations
    • On tour assistance to clients, special focus on events and conferences. Catering to the clients requirements during advance travel and on ground management of the groups.
    • Adherence to company account system, payment follow-ups and timely file closures.
    • Maintain credit policies in favor of the business and push increased cash flow through timely collection of dues from customers.
    • Ensuring achievement of yearly business targets. Pre-planning of the sales pipeline and achieve sales target and GOP.

    Preferred Skills

    • Must have experience in Leisure, Corporate and MICE Sales
    • Exp upto 3+ years in same profile
    • Willing to Travel
    • Good Communication and Convincing Skills
    • Self-Motivated, Attention to detail, Positive Attitude
