Job Description
Responsibilities:
Oversee all facets of MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) operations, including organizing leisure group arrangements and preparing RFPs.
Identify sales opportunities through networking, relationship-building, and conducting outdoor activities.
Establish and maintain a corporate database, driving lead generation and facilitating deal closures with necessary documentation.
Utilize data analysis to refine sales strategies and uncover new business prospects.
Ensure quality assurance and actively engage in customer service initiatives to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Attain sales targets by acquiring new clients and expanding business with existing ones.
Cultivate and nurture direct corporate relationships, demonstrating a track record of executing successful corporate group events.
Identify and approach potential corporate clients for MICE events, conferences, and meetings.
Craft and deliver proposals, contracts, and presentations to corporate clients.
Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients to optimize revenue and profitability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored MICE solutions that meet client objectives.
Skills Required:
4-8 years of experience in MICE sales within the travel industry.
Proven experience in corporate sales within the travel sector, focusing on MICE events.
Deep understanding of MICE market trends, industry best practices, and competitor landscape.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Demonstrated capacity to establish and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients.
Track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets and KPIs.
