    How would your role at Navi Look Like?

    • Calling the customer to remind the due date of the installment.
    • Reminder calls to delinquent customers who failed to make the EMI payment.
    • Explain the consequences to customers of not paying on time.

    What are some of the good skills for this role?

    • 1 year of experience in Collections, telesales, sales, or customer experience
    • Decent communication skills both written & verbal.
    • Should have basic knowledge of the internet and other search engine usage.
    • Good observation skills and presentable.
