    Summary

    The DBM Executive is responsible for overall management of campaign completion & Successful closure of the campaigns. Interact with BDMs/Account Managers for Campaign related Queries

    Responsibilities

    Ensure that data is extracted as per the campaign requirements
    Ensure whatever work is allocated is completed on time since we have very tight schedule for deliveries.
    He/she should be able to interact with BDMs/Account Managers for Campaign related Queries
    Follow up with multiple departments from Campaign Launch to Successful closure of the campaigns.
    Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly lead gen activity reports to management.
    Working collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
    Required to suggest process improvements/efficiencies for the sub-process or for the entire process

    Qualifications

    Graduate/Undergraduate
    Preferred candidates with 2 years of experience from B2B Lead Generation industry
    QA experience from B2B Lead Generation Industry is a plus

    Desired Profile

    Decent English communication
    Proficiency in MS Excel
    Good understanding of campaign specifications (Industry type, job titles, etc)
    Must have strong inner drive and self-discipline
    Should have good knowledge of Lead Generation processes
    Time management skills
