Job Description:

  • 1. Collect payments on pastdue accounts.
  • Create a list of people who have not made payments.
  • Locate customers using credit bureau information, background checks, loan documents, and other paperwork or databases.
  • Call customers using dialers and manual calls.
  • Knowledge of skip tracing.
  • Inform clients of overdue accounts and the amount currently owed.
  • Attempt to collect payment.

Experience:

  • 1 to 4 years

  • 20 to 28k
