    Description

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including verifying the following, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, bank account statement reconciliations

    Sourcing and Managing of funds effectively as per the companys requirement and allocating funds to respective vendors

    • Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation.
    • Oversees the production of periodic financial reports (MIS), P&L, Fund flow
    • Responsible for tax planning throughout the fiscal year,
    • Verifying and filing TDS, GST
    • Presents recommendations to management on short- and long-term financial objectives and policies.
    • Provides financial analysis with an emphasis on capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations.
    • Preparing costing along with planning

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Excellent management and supervisory skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficient in accounting and tax preparation software.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

    Qualification: B.Com /MBA

    Experience: 8 to 15 Years
