    Responsibilities:

    Strong Handson experience on developing applications in .Net andevent streamingtechnologies.

    Work as Technical Project Manager to plan and execute projectsensure that teams have appropriate product and technicalspecifications direction and resources to deliver productseffectively by establishing realistic estimates for timelines whileensuring that projects remain on target to meetdeadlines.

    Lead the planning and design of the structure of a technologysolution

    Expertise in managing full project management life cycle forimplementing highly complex largescale strategic IT and businessinitiatives

    Work closely with stakeholders/clients for understanding the systems functional and nonfunctional requirements in defining the ProductVision

    Demonstrate leadership abilities with the deployment of softwareupgrades enhancements and fixes that are coordinated based onreleaseschedules

    Provide a software development plan that meets the future needs ofstakeholders/clients based on the stateofthearttechnologies

    Coordinate release and sprint planning Conduct daily scrummeetings

    Help developers resolve both technical problems as well as humanresourcesissues

    Provide leadership and guidance to coach motivate and lead teammembers to their optimum performance levels and careerdevelopment



    Requirements

    12 years of professional experience with proven TPM expertise witha strong handson experience on.NET.

    Handson experience with Microsoft technologies specifically:.NET/ASP.NET MVC .Net Core Web API C# SQLServer

    Handson experience with web technologies including JSON/XML RESTfuland SOAPbased web services JavaScript CSSjQuery

    Goodknowledge inAngular.

    Strong knowledge of Microservice architecture andpatterns.

    Strong knowledge of DevOps process using Azure/AWSservices

    Technical understanding of products/services and/or ecosystem beingsupported.

    Experience with version control systems preferablyGit.

    Proficiency in designing and developing scalable highperformanceand distributed systemsusing.NET

    Strong hold on developing/implementing payment processing platformsandproducts.

    Experience with eventdriven architecture and event streamingplatforms such as Apache Kafka RabbitMQ orsimilar.

    Experience with containerization technologies such as DockerKubernetes Kafka is aplus.

    Knowledge of infrastructure holistic approach of productdevelopment deployment andscalability.

    Experience in CI/CD and release management processes for efficientdelivery ofproducts.

    Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think criticallyandanalytically.

    Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the abilityto work effectively in a teamenvironment.

    Familiarity with cloud computing platforms particularly AWS orAzure isadvantageous.

    Handson highenergy detailoriented proactive and able to functionindependently underpressure.

    Excellent problemsolving skills and attention todetail.

    Intermediate knowledge of Databases such as Redis Oracle databaseSQL

    Solidunderstanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agilemethodologies

    Certifications (Good to have) Agile Management PRINCE2/PMP anyother program managementcertification
