    Description

    Job Title: Java Developer

    Location: Whippany NJ

    PositionType: Contract

    Duration: 6 Month

    Work Type: Onsite

    Rate: Pay range offered to a successfulcandidate will be based on several factors including the candidateseducation work experience work location specific job dutiescertifications etc.

    JobDescription:
    Role Purpose
    Developer in core Java team to deliver components to the overallFusion platform
    Development of bespokesolutions as well as integration of 3rd party software usingpredominantly core Java as well as libraries(Springboot).
    KeyAccountabilities
    The role requires thecandidate to take individual responsibility for the overall successof automated testing in the Fusion project
    The successful candidate will work closely with onshore developmentteams
    Strong Proven experience in commercialDevelopment of Web Facing applications using Java as the corelanguage to perform highly concurrent functions.
    Strong Proven experience of design and estimation in acommercial environment.
    Strong Provenexperience in commercial Development of User Interfaces.
    Proven experience in incorporating automated testinginto the Development project (e.g. Unit Testing/TestComplete).
    Ability to document and designusing Visio UML and other modelling tools.
    Enthusiastic and proactive team player who is keen to contribute toideas and listen in a collaborative manner.
    Technical Skills Essential
    Experience of developing in the Agile methodology familiarity withSCRUM methodology
    Applicable Java WebFramework (e.g. Spring Springboot Spring security)
    Any J2EE
    ApacheTomcat
    Creation and Integration to WebServices
    Experience in Automated Build andDeployment Processes (e.g. Jenkins CI / Apache Maven /Gradle)
    Experience or high level knowledgewith tools like Junit Sonar Jenkins SVN Chef Puppet Nolio SeleniumQTP Assana Jira or Rally (3 or more)
    Exposure to responsive design and open source libraries likebootstrap.
    REST Swagger
    Understanding of Java Script JQuery AJAX AngularJS2.0
    Experience in HTMLHTML5 CSSNodeJS.
    Java Script Unit cases.
    Exposure to frontend tools like NPM etc.
