    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Create and maintain a real time dashboard for all SME co-lending partnerships giving easy and real-time information to all the stakeholders. Master MIS to include data on daily approvals, disbursements, limit utilizations, DPD dashboard and other important reports
    • Planning and co-ordination of the elements of reporting with respective teams of the co-lending partners so that numbers with KSF and partners are always in sync
    • Create the SME capping dashboards and keep adding key policy cappings with all new co-lending partners
    • Set-up the hindsighting module with scoring logics for each co-lending partnership, credit manager etc.
    • Post listing down the common errors in last quarters by the team, train team to overcome those going ahead with a target to bring down the error rate overall
    • Ensure maintenance of properly indexed documents/CAM/CIBIL reports in the drive for each co-lending which can be easily shared at time of audit
    • Scrutinize the invoices funded by us on sample basis in case of invoice funding partnerships
    • Share critical findings internally and maintain track of the same
    • After discussion, share the final findings with the partners so that same findings are not observed going forward
    • Optimize our current credit process with co-lending partners by improving productivity and reducing inefficiencies in the process
    • Promote the culture of dealing with daily issues/challenges through the Kaizen approach
    • Supporting the credit process team as and when required
