    We are hiring team leads at Nova Benefits

    Location - #Bangalore #Mumbai and #Chennai

    Team: Mid-Market Sales (Reporting directly to the National Sales Head)

    You are the perfect fit if you have-

    Proven experience selling to Founders, CHROs & HR Leaders, or CFOs

    Owing 2-3x revenue targets and over and above along with your team

    Background in managing enterprise-level accounts and adeptness in engaging with Senior Leadership to close deals successfully

    Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting assigned sales targets

    Core Responsibilities-

    Speaking to Nova's prospective clients and understanding their unique requirements

    Explaining and sharpening Nova's value proposition

    Providing the product team with feedback to improve our offerings

    Manage and forecast a sales pipeline on your own

    Present Nova Benefits to CXOs & senior executives in client meetings

    Communicate constantly with marketing and pre-sales to improve the quality of the sales pipeline

    Ensure a high level of responsiveness with prospects through the sales process

    Proactively source new leads through market relations and new business opportunities along with our lead generation team
