    Description

    About the Role :

    • We are seeking a passionate and detailoriented QA Tester to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software applications.
    • You will leverage your testing experience and expertise to identify and report bugs, ensuring a seamless user experience for our customers.

    Responsibilities :

    Test Planning & Execution :

    • Participate in test planning activities, understanding system requirements and test objectives.
    • Design and execute comprehensive test cases covering all functionalities across different platforms and devices.
    • Utilize various testing methodologies (e. g. , blackbox, whitebox testing) to ensure thorough test coverage.

    Bug Reporting & Tracking :

    • Effectively identify, document, and report bugs using a bug tracking system.
    • Work collaboratively with developers to reproduce and resolve reported issues.
    Test Automation (Optional) :


    • Experience with test automation tools (a plus) to improve testing efficiency and reduce manual effort.
    • Ability to create and maintain automated test scripts to complement manual testing activities.

    Communication & Collaboration :

    • Maintain clear and concise communication with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders regarding testing progress and results.
    • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback on potential quality concerns.

    Qualifications :

    • 3+ years of experience as a QA Tester or a similar role.
    • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
    • Experience in designing and executing test cases for various software functionalities.
    • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills to identify and troubleshoot software defects.
    • Proficient in communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
    • Attention to detail and a passion for ensuring software quality.

    Bonus Points :

    • Experience with API testing tools and methodologies.
    • Knowledge of mobile app testing principles.
    • Experience with testing frameworks and tools like Selenium or Cypress (for test automation).
    • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
