    Description

    Job Description :
    We are looking for a skilled and experienced Java Technical Project Manager to join our team.

    As a Java Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading Java development projects from inception to completion.

    Your role will involve managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.

    You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and stakeholders, to drive the successful delivery of Java-based :


    Project Planning and Execution :

    • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation, for Java development initiatives.
    • Lead project kickoff meetings and ensure clear communication of project goals and expectations to the team.
    • Monitor project progress and track key milestones, making adjustments as necessary to ensure ontime delivery.
    • Proactively identify and address risks and issues that may impact project success.

    Java Development Oversight :

    • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Review code, architecture designs, and technical documentation to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
    • Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure the successful implementation of Java solutions.

    Team Management :

    • Manage and motivate crossfunctional teams, including developers, testers, and designers, to achieve project objectives.
    • Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
    • Foster a collaborative team environment and resolve conflicts or issues as they arise.
    • Provide mentorship and support to team members to promote skill development and growth.

    Communication and Stakeholder Management:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for projectrelated communications with stakeholders and senior management.
    • Regularly communicate project status updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
    • Facilitate effective communication channels between technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

    Quality Assurance :

    • Implement quality assurance processes to ensure Javabased deliverables meet established standards and requirements.
    • Conduct thorough testing and reviews of Java code and applications to identify and address defects or issues.
    • Collaborate with QA teams to resolve bugs and ensure the delivery of highquality solutions.

    Requirements :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
    • Proven as a Technical Project Manager leading Java development projects.
    • Strong proficiency in Java programming language and related technologies, frameworks (e.g. , Spring, Hibernate), and development tools.
    • Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project success.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Experience with project management software and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
    • Analytical mindset with strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects.
