    Description

    Location : Bangalore

    Role Description :

    This is a full-time on-site role for an Automation Test Lead located in Bengaluru.

    The Automation Test Lead will be responsible for process automation, troubleshooting, creating test cases, quality assurance, and automation.

    The Automation Test Lead will work closely with the development team to ensure timely and effective delivery of the product.

    Key Skills must to have :

    - 3-6 years of Experience in Automation Testing and in Manual Testing using Selenium Web Driver with Python.

    - Experience in BDD-Cucumber, Robot Framework.

    - Expertise in Web Application testing, API testing, Testing Mobile applications in IOS and Android devices using Appium.

    - Preparing Test Case and Test Execution based on the business requirement.

    - Involved in Functional Testing, System Testing, Integration Testing, Performance Testing.

    - Well Versed with Agile Scrum Methodologies and Sprint Activities.

    Qualifications :

    - Experience in process automation and troubleshooting.

    - Experience creating and executing test cases.

    - Experience in quality assurance.

    - Proficiency in automation tools and frameworks.

    - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    - Ability to work well in a team environment.

    - Experience in software development lifecycle.

    - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

    In this role, you will be responsible for driving our test automation strategy, leading a team of testers, and ensuring the highest quality software is delivered on time.

    You will wear many hats, including process automation expert, test case architect, quality assurance champion, and automation guru.

    You will work closely with development teams to ensure a smooth and efficient software development lifecycle.

    Responsibilities :

    Define, implement, and maintain a comprehensive test automation strategy for the company's applications.

    Lead a team of automation testers in creating, executing, and maintaining automated test cases.

    Develop and implement automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver with Python.

    Leverage BDD tools like Cucumber and Robot Framework for effective test automation.

    Design and execute test cases covering web applications, APIs, mobile applications (iOS and Android) using Appium.

    Collaborate with developers to understand requirements and translate them into clear and concise test cases.

    Participate in functional testing, system testing, integration testing, and performance testing.

    Champion best practices in Agile Scrum methodologies and ensure smooth execution of sprint activities.

    Analyze test results, identify bugs, and report them effectively.

    Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and tools in automation testing.

    Key Skills (Must-Haves) :

    3 - 6 years of experience in automation testing and manual testing using Selenium WebDriver with Python.

    Proven experience in BDD-Cucumber, Robot Framework, or similar frameworks. Expertise in web application testing, API testing, and mobile application testing (iOS and Android) using Appium.

    Strong understanding of test case design and execution based on business requirements. -

    Experience in functional testing, system testing, integration testing, and performance testing.

    Well-versed in Agile Scrum methodologies and sprint activities.

    Qualifications :

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).

    Experience in process automation and troubleshooting.

    Proven track record of creating and executing high-quality test cases.

    Experience in quality assurance methodologies.

    Proficiency in automation tools and frameworks (mentioned above).

    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

    Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
