Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve corporate sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Conduct cold visits to colleges and companies in the Delhi NCR region upto 100 kms to promote UptoSkills' products and services.
- Finding contact details of decision makers and utilize cold calling techniques to schedule appointments with decision makers such as TPOs, Directors, Principals, HODs in colleges, and HR, Directors, Administrators and marketing heads in companies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of solutions for clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to management, reflecting progress against targets and identifying areas for improvement.
- Represent UptoSkills at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and expand our market presence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in corporate sales, with at least 23 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of the education industry and corporate recruitment industry in the Delhi NCR region.
- Excellent communication, convincing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with decision makers at all levels.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently to meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in using MS Excel sheets to track leads, manage pipelines, and generate reports.
- Possession of a bike with a valid driving license is preferable for conducting field visits.
- Previous experience in medical representative (MR) roles, field sales, or corporate sales or B2B sales is highly advantageous.
- Excellent proficiency in both English and Hindi languages, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
