Handle both inbound and outbound calls from real estate customers.
Address customer inquiries effectively over the phone.
Cultivate and nurture profitable relationships with customers through followup calls.
Provide detailed explanations of property details to customers.
Extend invitations to clients for site visits based on sales leads and individual preferences.
Demonstrate effective communication and coordination with team members.

Required Skills:

Freshers or a minimum of one year of experience required.
Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.
Excellent fluency in English.
Positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
