As a Recruiter you'll be responsible to help build teams for the Innovation Centre in Bangalore with capabilities to adapt to industry changes, cross-trained in a variety of recruitment scenarios and capable to support all evolving Signify 's business requirements.

What you'll do:


  • Responsible for organizing recruitment events
  • Conduct an indepth vacancy intake meeting leading to agreement with the Hiring Manager on a proposed recruitment plan.
  • Understand the customers & it's business needs including organizational setting of vacancy.
  • Interview scheduling, offer negations & release
  • Budget & process compliance.
  • Focus on providing & managing the full spectrum of Talent Acquisition services for all partners & responsible for driving best practices within the Recruitment space.
  • KPI :Time to fill, Hiring Manager NPS, Internal mobility, Referral and diversity hiring.

Your qualifications:


  • Minimum 710 years of Recruitment experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
  • Ability to manage complex business environment.
  • Strong on both strategic & operational level.
  • Excellent knowledge of leading complex recruitment process and ability manage varied workload while working on operational excellence.
