Skills & Responsibilities:

Hands
Strong knowledge of asyn/await, promise patterns.
Build pixelperfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.
Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.
Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.
Reach out to the open source community to encourage and help implement missioncritical software fixesReact Native moves fast and often breaks things.
Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
Firm grasp of the JavaScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax
Knowledge of programming
Ability to write welldocumented, clean Javascript code
Rock solid at working with thirdparty dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts.
Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle
Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage
Experience with automated testing suites, like
Continuously measuring, driving and optimizing the nonfunctionals like the app size, memory usage, battery usage, storage space, the page load elapsed time, the image load, the video playback and the app open elapsed time.
Driving the platform devsecops strategy by fully automating the development, test, code quality and security checks, build and monitoring processes
Creating SDK out of the mobile platform which can be integrated with any thirdparty mobile app of our strategic business partners.
Leveraging the device farm set up with the cloud provider to test the app against a suite of android and ios devices and their respective OS versions
Develop and maintain code/design documentation to ensure that the architecture is welldocumented and communicated to all stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA etc, code versioning tools such as Bitbucket and GIT
Proficiency in following CI/CD guidelines and ensuring zero touch build/deploy and test.
