Ensure well documented SOP/checklist and execution same as per the expected timelines- Ensure expected SLAs ,turned around time requirements linked to incidents ,changes ,problems in production
- Manage and Own the Problem Management Process
- Provide input to the implementation ,backup and roll back plan
Experience range: 3-8 years
Must be good in verbal and written communications
Must have prior support function background
