JD- FOS
Pitch the customer about Davinta product and drive conversion from leads.
Complete Compliance activity as below:
a) Verification of customer with KYC
b) Verification of shop address
c) Taking Picture and Lat/ Long of shop
d) Enach & E Agreement
Ensure collection of allocated cases
Provide clarification / service support on time to time basis.
Key Activities/Responsibilities:
- Call the eligible leads to explain/pitch about Davintas credit product
- Perform KYC, maintain NACH and get the loan agreement signed
- Visit customers wherever in-person visits are needed to collect money
- Call customers whose repayments are due
Job Types:

₹16, ₹27,452.91 per month
