The team you'll be part of


The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups.

While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.

You will also work together the CX Data Science team, which you will be a virtual member of. You will thereby understand the need of our internal customers.


What you will learn and contribute to
Planning, development, testing and deployment of CX AI use cases.

The type of use case you will work on will center around one or more of the following:
As part of our team, you will work on:

  • Based on business requirements you will be planning, developing, testing, deploying and supporting CX AI use cases
The type of use cases you will work on will center around one or more of the following areas:

  • Machine learning prediction models,
  • The use of machine learning to automate the currently manual business processes
  • Knowledge mining and recommendation systems to improve the likelihood to win new business
  • Evaluate requests/needs from business and also pushback in case it does not fits well with the Global needs.
  • Potentially doing data cleaning and wrangling on the advanced analytics platform
  • Potential involvement in dashboard and UI development
  • Responsible to locate appropriate data sources that is needed for model building.
  • Transform data from multiple sources.
  • Ensure high adoption of model by enabling people to use and share feedback.
  • Ensure high accuracy of prediction.
  • Constantly evolve model with changing business needs

Your skills and experience

You must have:

  • Proficiency developing software probably in python using jupyter notebooks
  • Proven competency in agile and lean software development
  • Deep understanding of statistical and predictive modeling concepts, machinelearning approaches, clustering and classification techniques, recommendations and optimization algorithms.
  • Deep Knowledge and experience with common data science toolkits and scripting languages: Python, Python (sklearn, panda, numpy,..) or Spark (Mlib) data science libraries xperience in deep learning
  • Experience in delivering worldclass data science outcomes, solving complex analytical problems using quantitative approaches with unique blend of analytical, mathematical and technical skills.
  • Experience in natural language processing
  • Competency in SCM (Git), Automation tools, infrastructure automation,
  • Experience with Azure ML and/or Databricks
  • Experience in using SQL
  • Nokia Business and process understanding
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in information technology, data science or related disciplines
  • Competency in Azure, container, orchestration, cloud solutions
  • Builds working relationships with team members and personnel at all levels
  • Sales Support Functional experience will be an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in information technology, data science or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10+ years extensive relevant experience

Nice to have:

  • Experience in app development
  • Understanding of telecommunication technology and network planning
  • Knowledge of macro economics
