    Job Overview

    We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team at Cambridge Infotech. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company and you will provide administrative support across the organization. You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Fresher: Less than 1 year years of experience.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and advanced Excel.
    • Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
    • Knowledge of Tally software preferred.
    • Strong leadership and organizational skills.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries.
    • Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
    • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
    • Monitor and maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary.
    • Keep a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
    • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
