    Description

    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Actively contribute in capital raising efforts of portfolio companies
    • Supporting senior management in pitches to investor community
    • Handling inbound interest from institutional and retail investors
    • Reaching out to new potential investors
    • Develop presentation slideshows for investor conferences and meetings
    • Participate and assist in investor presentations and meetings
    • Creating and maintaining database of investor network
    • Working with internal teams to ensure that all investor documentation is completed. While fund raising is the main role, the candidate may also be required to:
    • Manage existing portfolio companies
    • Evaluate new deals such as strategic acquisitions, divestitures, asset monetization, etc.
    • Other special projects as and when the need arises

    Other points:

    • Type: Full Time 40 Hours a week
    • Location: Fully Remote
    • Timing: Fully flexible, but some calls may be scheduled during US hours

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

    • Educational qualification in Finance, mandatory
    • Years of experience in investment banking, fund raising are mandatory
    • Exceptional financial modeling skills necessary
    • Strong skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
    • Ability to use social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Telegram, Reddit, etc.
    • Excellent verbal communication skills to engage with investors and maintain the company's image
    • Excellent written communication skills to prepare compelling presentations and reports
    • Detail-oriented and have strong problem-solving skills
    • Ability to comprehend financial reports and analyze daily financial market events
    • Being flexible, proactive, a quick learner, and able to collaborate within a team
    • Multitasking skills
