    Technical Program Manager – III, Media Solutions

    Our travel advertising platform is evolving quickly, and we need a strong Technical Program Manager to help build and deliver the next generation Ad platform.

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager who can help deliver a game changing Ad platform and play a pivotal role in driving programs and roadmap by collaborating across teams, organizations, and global locations.

    What you'll do:

    • Deliver business results to delight our customers i.e., focus on customer success
    • Coordinate bringing together different stakeholders with varied perspectives to develop solutions to issues and contribute your own suggestions
    • Work closely with key partners in executing the product vision for multiple work streams. This includes internal/external Engineering teams, Product Management, and other internal functional teams
    • Be involved in various stages of the product development lifecycle from idea generation to bringing a product to market by supporting the different phases and improving product performance
    • Guide and lead the organization through program delivery and outcomes
    • Assist with a whole systems approach to analyzing issues by ensuring all components (structure, people, process, and technology) are identified and accounted for
    • Lead increasingly complex technical projects with some supervised work on ambiguous adaptive programs
    • Lead proactive risk management, working with the team to anticipate new risks and mitigation planning
    • Provide architectural and design input, with ability to dive deep into technical details as required
    • Working with multiple teams on Conception/Design/Development, with end-to-end oversight of on time delivery with high quality
    • Consider and understand the audience's specific needs and comprehension level to determine the most appropriate message and delivery method, limiting or explaining technical language

    Who you are:

    • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MS or other related advanced degree preferred
    • 6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management
    • 4+ years of experience running technology-related programs delivering platform solutions using agile development techniques across distributed teams
    • Experience in Advertising is preferred
    • Capability to quickly grasp business context & execute with strategic approaches
    • Work with stakeholders, product, and tech leaders across multiple teams to build roadmaps for each of the Phases and enable delivery.
    • Effectively handle trade-offs between cost, schedule, and customer benefit; and provide technical direction and guidance
    • Ability to build a deep knowledge of the Ad Platform Tech Stack and meaningful dependencies
    • Solid understanding of software engineering principles and development practices
    • Strong leadership, negotiation, and execution skills with the ability to influence multi-functional teams and key decision maker; drive results, deliver, and excel
    • Being big picture focused while skilled at zeroing in on the product and engineering details and delivering continuous improvement
    • Engage and partner with teams to drive improvements to performance, scalability, and tech health
    • Proactively contributes to cross team collaboration and leads alignment of work with broader initiatives
    • Ability to navigate a rapidly changing landscape, while handling multiple responsibilities
    • Excellent written and spoken communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to audience and filter relevant communication
    • Experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence
