- Anmol has 8 years experience scaling SaaS revenue across leading SaaS products in India as part of their marketing team - Wingify ($40m ARR), Tracxn ($15m ARR, Public listed SaaS).
- Pulkit has scaled engineering across multiple SaaS platforms from 0 to 100k users in a span of 10 months. He enjoys designing and implementing large-scale products.
- Unique opportunity to experiment, build and scale the outbound engine from 0-10m ARR. Our goal for the next 20 months is to scale our revenue to 10m ARR via outreach. As the first hire, you will have direct access to setting this up from scratch. You will be the founder of Outbound SDR at Emitrr. As founders of the company, our strength lies in building a great product, early 0-1 GTM and we've done that. We are now looking for someone to tell us what to do in 1-10. This role impacts revenue and has a revenue ownership.
- We have an ambitious product vision and you will have the opportunity to experience building this product first hand directly by being the bridge between our customers and product teams (ref: screenshot below)
- We hate playbooks. Playbooks make you as good as others. And to build successful/exponential outcomes, you need to think the opposite of playbooks so we are looking for people who are ready to experiment/fail and find unique ideas and not just playbooks.
- Goal: $1m ARR in 12 months from sales outreach campaigns
- Understanding the prospects pain points and goals and where and how our product can address those to come up with creative and personalized outreach content (email copies, documents if needed)
- In depth knowledge of the product and the industry. We believe good SDR educate and not sell. We want to use the same approach for our outreach as well.
- Working on experiments to identify what channels and messaging works (A/B Test) for high ticket (average: $10k ARR) prospects. We have some data from the past about industries and ICP's that are high ACV + what messaging works and we want to use this data to double down on our efforts
- Be comfortable in a role that is testing scripting, sequences, and our overall pitch to different prospects across multiple industries, geographies, and company sizes.
- Comfort with making cold calls, reaching out to via email, SMS or any other channel in order to generate pipeline. Working on accounts through the year to nurture them via different channels and content assets.

About Emitrr: We are fast growing (400% YoY) SaaS startup. We are a small team of 23, not looking to change the world but simply change/improve the lives of our customers. We are currently clocking $1.6m in ARR in revenue, predominantly via inbound marketing and are looking to hire our first 2 SDR 's for outreach/outbound sales.
