- Utilize Salesforce, Linked In, and email to generate new sales opportunities.
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and territory managers and specialists.
- Identifying and proactively reaching out to prospective customers to generate demand for SPT Labtech products.
- Developing and maintaining on-going relationships with customers.
- Identifying and escalating customer requirements by coordinating resources between different departments in order to deliver solutions efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
- Collating and communicating customer feedback to appropriate departments.
- Delivering administrative support including generating quotes, updating CRM etc.
- Assisting with communication between field-based Sales and their customers.
- Participate in required and recommended training sessions to obtain and maintain an in-depth technical and applications knowledge of the Company Product Portfolio.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification in a scientific discipline, or equivalent.
- A remote selling background of at least 2 years' experience, ideally from within a similar Life Sciences sector.
- Experience working within a sales and technical team.
- Strong Organisational and Administration Skills.
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
- The ability to manage a variety of different tasks simultaneously.
- The ability to be proactive in the workplace.
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy of work.
- Ability to conduct presentations in front of varying audiences.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM software.
- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization.
