    Description

    Job Description

    • Develop and Implement strategies to reach new market segments in alignment with Global and Regional Business segment strategies.
    • Continuously enhance market intelligence and update customer and competitor data to drive the sales process successfully, aiming to meet or exceed goals.
    • Take ownership of the account by creating and executing an account strategy, ensuring alignment with the business unit's key account strategy.
    • Supervise the establishment of a database and processes for gathering, updating, and evaluating market trends, product/technology applications, service requirements, competitor insights, etc., to discover new business prospects.
    • Create and deploy specification selling tools based on a sector-oriented approach and provide sales support with necessary resources.
    • Collaborate closely with the Technical Service team to ensure the development of applicators for installations, flawless installation processes, efficient resolution of product issues, customer training on products, and staying updated on new application technologies.
    • Demonstrate consistent safe practices in driving, project sites, offices, and promote safety for oneself and others.
    • Be fully knowledgeable about all products and maintain relationships with consultants and architects in Maharashtra.

    Qualifications

    • BE Civil degree along with an MBA in Marketing.
    • Minimum of 5 years in a Specifications role within the Construction Chemicals or Building Materials industry, with experience in the Mumbai / Pune region.
