    Description

    Project Description:

    We are currently collaborating with a prominent European Bank on their Murex program, and we are seeking skilled professionals to join our team.


    As part of this program, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a dedicated client team, actively participating in all stages of the project from initiation to Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance C++ applications for capital markets products.


    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including traders, analysts, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver robust solutions.
    • Implement and optimize trading algorithms, risk management tools, and pricing models.
    • Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices through code reviews and refactoring.
    • Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing codebase, providing timely resolutions.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in capital markets technology to propose innovative solutions.
    • Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and support.
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
    Mandatory Skills Description:

    • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
    • Proficiency in C++ programming language with a strong understanding of objectoriented programming principles.
    • Solid knowledge of capital markets, including trading processes, financial instruments, and market data.
    • Experience working with any of the market products such as Calypso, Summit, and preferably Murex.
    • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
    Nice-to-Have Skills:


    • Familiarity with other programming languages such as Python or Java.
    • Experience with distributed computing and parallel programming.
    • Knowledge of financial mathematics and quantitative analysis.
    • Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial industry.
    • Previous experience in developing trading systems or risk management software.
    • Certification or coursework related to capital markets or financial engineering.
