    Description

    Â

    • Conduct market and environment scan, SWOT analysis, financial analyses (licensing, strategic partnerships, collaborations, etc.) and financial modeling for new projects/businesses with inputs from business development and suggest the appropriate course of action.
    • Planning and working on strategic transactions for new type of project, and funding mechanism (creating own fund/Private equity/Venture funding etc.) evaluation of terms and related impacts, contract review, and process monitoring and documentation.
    • Responsible for fund mobilization and coordinating with banks and financial institutions regarding funds and finances.
    • To do a cost benefit analysis of the different fund sourcing options and suggest innovative ways to meet working capital and long term fund requirements.
    • To prepare requirement plan annually based on the business plan to ensurethat financial planning is done in advance. This shall ensure that the finance cost of the company is minimal.
    • To keep alternate funding sources in hand for managing contingency fund requirements during festive seasons, asset acquisition, etc.
    • Coordinate with CFO for effective debt management ensuring optimal interest outflow.

    Treasury Management

    • To maintain a working relationship and to develop additional relationships with banks, financial institutions and capital markets with the aim of securing the funds necessary for the operations of the firm, the attainment of its development plans and its investments.
    • Maintain the Working Capital and Liquidity ratios as per the plan
    • To ensure adherence to regulatory compliance with aspect to the operational activities of the Treasury department.
    • To prepare monthly MIS containing the details pertaining to the sources of funds, details of the corporate/banks, amount of funds raised till date/ for the month, and the interest outflow.
    • Interprets complex financial analysis and understands its implications to the business

    Investor Relations

    • Manages all relationships and communications between company and investor and analyst community
    • Develops and implements the Annual Investors Relations Plan which includes developing and projecting favorable corporate image, participation in industry and investment community conferences, press releases and annual reports to shareholders
    • Responding timely and appropriately to all queries of domestic analysts, institutional investors, foreign/ domestic banks other financial institutions.

    Cash Flow Management

    • Interfacing between site locations and HO with regard to working capital requirements.
    • Prepare cash flow projections for the future on monthly / quarterly basis and recommending timely corrective actions. Analyze actual cash flows for variances and suggest corrective measures.
