    Role: Asst Manager – Commercial Finance

    Education: 5+ years of experience, Qualified CA

    The candidate will be an integral part of the Business Finance team working closely with GM Operations. The candidate will report into the Head of Business Finance

    Role Description:

  • Establish the Commercial Finance function at the region to become the single go-to point for all Commercial related planning & analysis activities
  • Forecasting and annual planning through the establishment of guidelines, managing financial models, and development of key performance measures.
  • Business Partnering on commercial proposals on key accounts, delicately balancing price / volume / profitability.
  • Work Closely with business operations, and other key stakeholders to generate requested reporting output, implement and drive New Plan initiatives
  • Driving fact-based decisions through defining the right measures, establishing, and maintaining a financial incentive framework and performance scorecard
  • Perform analytics on internal and external business data for valuable business insights
  • Ensure Financial Hygiene by implementing required controls for Asset protection and Loss Mitigation

    • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    1. Proficient in accounting and finance principles
    2. Strong written and oral communication skills
    3. High degree of proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
    4. Experience with ERP system & Business Analytical tool.
    5. Ability to work well in high pressure situations to meet deadlines
