Description
We're seeking a ServiceNow Specialist proficient in incident management, service catalog development, ServiceNow configuration, and virtual agent implementation. Responsibilities include resolving incidents, optimizing the service catalog, configuring workflows, and deploying virtual agents.Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience in ServiceNow incident management and service catalog development.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow functionalities and configuration.
- Experience with virtual agent implementation.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills

Contract length: 6 months
Salary:
₹140, ₹1,600,000.00 per year
