Performance Marketer

Experience Level: 5+ years
We are seeking a talented and experienced Performance Marketer to join our team.

As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for driving and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to achieve our business objectives.


Responsibilities:


  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize campaign performance, including ad creative, targeting, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including creative, product, and analytics to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively and ensure campaigns are delivering against ROI targets.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and key metrics.
  • Stay abreast of changes in digital platforms and algorithms to ensure compliance and maximize campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Indepth knowledge of digital marketing platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a crossfunctional team environment.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt to changes quickly.

Salary:
₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
