Associate - HRBP


Roles and Responsibility:
We are looking for a passionate and ambitious HRBPs to be a part of the category and revenue team at

Myntra. The Associate HRBP will be responsible for managing the day to day people operations of the

functions which are responsible for planning and generating revenue for the business.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Creating and maintaining employee dashboards which are critical to the daily people operations
of the function

  • Keeping track of pulse of the employees through regular 11 connects and capturing proactive
people sentiments

  • Tracking and updating of Hiring requirements as per the recruiting ATS on the system
  • Keeping track of employee issues, raising PEP wherever applicable
  • Providing solutions to people concerns to the employee spans as and when there is any query
that needs redressal

  • Managing the employee life cycle of the Contract managed employees at Myntra
  • Providing monthly payroll inputs to the Payroll team as per the aligned process
  • Drive employee engagement through monitoring of R&R budgets and publishing usage reports as
per requirements

  • Drive communication as a charter through employee townhall, Focused Group Discussion and
other initiatives

  • Driving the central initiatives for the business and monitoring their progress
  • Driving Learning initiatives by connecting with stakeholders and publishing reports of utilization as
applicable

  • Tracking of the overall induction process to ensure complete assimilation of new hires into the
business

  • Management of various other employee lifecyle processes on Successfactors or other relevant
systems (Exit, Rewards etc)

  • Manage any other ad hoc requirements with regards to tracking/data maintenance activities for
the teams.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • 35 years of relevant experience in HR
  • Analytical skills and ability to understand data and patterns
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in MS Excel
