We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role ofAVP - Design GSC's.
In this role, you will:
- Make Executive Level Advanced Presentations, should possess relevant experience.
- Drive program execution (through milestone trackers), including timelines, budgets, resources & milestones.
- Data management & inference
- Develop business insights using talent, WFM & HRIS data
- Follow up for timely execution, timelines etc
- Conduct market research to implement best practices from leading practitioners
- Handle stakeholder management with a range of internal and external parties, often requiring management of several moving project parts simultaneously. You will be the goto person for everything project related across Technical Training to ensure that the program is delivered on time and produces the desired results.
- Should be an experienced, resourceful, and resultsdriven Program Manager to drive an Ops Transformation Skilling project in HSBC
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR and MBA or similar preferable
- Recognized project management qualification.
- At least 7 years' experience of working in Global Organizations with minimum 4 years in program management.
- Ability to work under deadline pressure.
- Excellent administrative skills, Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills
- Efficient Organization skills
- Team/People Management Skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and control group dynamics.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
