    Job Description :

    We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Power Platform Lead Developer with expertise in SharePoint development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Power Platform technologies, including canvas app development and Power Automate flows. This role requires the ability to lead and mentor a team of developers while also being hands-on in designing and implementing solutions using Power Platform tools.

    Responsibilities :

    Lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions using Power Platform tools, with a focus on canvas app development and Power Automate flows.

    Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and recommend solutions that leverage the capabilities of the Power Platform.

    Mentor and coach a team of developers, providing guidance on best practices, design patterns, and development methodologies.

    Design and develop custom SharePoint solutions, including sites, lists, libraries, and workflows, to meet business requirements.

    Configure and customize SharePoint sites and pages using out-of-the-box features and SharePoint Designer.

    Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and training materials.

    Stay updated with the latest developments in Power Platform and SharePoint technologies, and assess their potential impact on existing solutions and future projects.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and infrastructure teams, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

    Requirements :

    Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in Power Platform development, with a focus on canvas app development and Power Automate flows.

    Strong expertise in SharePoint development, including experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint on-premises.

    Proficiency in configuring and customizing SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows.

    Experience with SharePoint Designer, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and other SharePoint development tools.

    Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

    Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
