    DFT REUIREMENT – 2024

    Location – Malaysia

    Experience – 6+ years to 20+ years

    We're hiring highly skilled DFT Engineers for all the DFT Techniques (ATPG, SCAN, JTAG, MBIST). if you're good at any one or all the DFT techniques and looking for a Long-term Career growth opportunity in Leading Core Semiconductor company then it's right fit job to you.     Technical Skill set -

    Job Description 3 -

    Looking for a DFT person who can independently own the ATPG scripts, understands which DFT DRCs to review, how to run transition to stuck-at fault grade or generating incremental top up scan patterns, how to handle OCC or single clocking in stuck-at and transition ATPG scripts. Not looking for any design knowledge but ATPG script knowledge is expected.
