    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    Responsible for understanding client's strategic roadmap and help developing sollutions/ plan to address the customer needs


    • Work closely with clients, solution architect, PM and other stakeholders to build Solution


    • Providing inputs for planning to program managers


    • Contribute to Customer's digital strategies based on industry best practices and PoVs

    Requirement management:


    • Requirements Elicitation


    • Analysis


    • Documentation/ Story creation


    • Requirement Prioritization


    • Solution Design


    • Gathering Customer Feedback


    • Solution option Evaluation ( Suggesting multiple option and help busoiness to reach to a specific solution choice)

    "MBA degree


    • 10 to 15 years of relevant IT experience


    • 2+ years of experience as Business Analyst in ecommerce project


    • 5 + years' experience in digital platforms (commerce /experience management/Portals) implementation.


    • Experience in any of commerce products like hybris, commerce tools, Magento

    Experience with Headless and heaful implementation


    • Great business analysis skills with high level understanding of architecture


    • Requirement analysis, conceptual, logical solutioning


    • Functional understanding of customer journey, and should be able to define a new journey or provide alternate journey


    • Understanding of technology blocks of digital marketing ecosystem


    • Capabilityconvert customer requirements into functional and technical user stories for consumption by sprint teams"

    • Experience of leading discovery workshops


    • Understanding current engagements and creating case studies/PoV. Identifying opportunities for accelerator, innovation, and automation and providing inputs to practice.
