    Description

    Jai Kisan, a leading financial services company, is seeking a motivated and experienced Cluster Head - MSME to join our team. As a Cluster Head, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) portfolio in your assigned cluster. You will lead a team of Relationship Managers and work closely with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and meet financial targets.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the MSME portfolio in the assigned cluster and ensure achievement of business objectives
    • Lead and develop a team of Relationship Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the MSME portfolio
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify potential risks and opportunities
    • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
    • Work closely with internal departments such as credit, operations, and risk to streamline processes and improve efficiency
    • Prepare and present regular reports on portfolio performance, business growth, and market trends to senior management
    • Stay updated with industry best practices and advancements in MSME lending

    Requirements

    • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
    • Minimum X years of experience in MSME lending, with a proven track record of achieving targets
    • Strong knowledge of MSME market trends, industry regulations, and competitive landscape
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
    • Sound understanding of credit analysis, risk assessment, and financial statements
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
