Job Purpose
To Drive Key Business Operations Agenda of the cluster and to help Cluster Business Head in driving Sales & Distribution & Retail Operations through various identified Projects

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Work with marketing to drive communication to potential MNP customers
Partner postpaid team on MNP agenda through big days / R&R
Work with HR team & Retail team on OSA manning and productivity
Retail Ops support
Support Retail ops team on GMB to ensure digital stores are in line with physical stores
Deliver on LUT target for the quarter
