    Responsibilities:

    • Facilitate understanding and implementation of quality processes according to organizational standards.
    • Conduct training sessions for teams to ensure comprehension and implementation of established processes.
    • Perform periodic audits to assess process adherence in both project implementation and product development/upgrade stages.
    • Conduct release verifications to guarantee that all artifacts are created accurately and meet expected standards.
    • Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and implement necessary changes for optimization.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality assurance measures throughout the software development life cycle.
    • Maintain and update process documentation to ensure alignment with best practices and industry standards.
    • Act as a subject matter expert in quality processes, providing guidance and support to project teams as required.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
    • Around 10 years of experience in software process assurance, quality management, or a similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and process improvement techniques.
    • Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops related to quality processes.
    • Proficiency in audit methodologies and tools for process evaluation and compliance.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
    • Proven track record of successful implementation and maintenance of quality processes in software development environments.
    • Certification in relevant quality assurance standards (e.g., CMMI, ISO) is highly desirable.

    Banking Domain experience is preferred
