You will

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the recruitment process.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 12 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in a fastpaced and dynamic environment at an early stage startup.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Adaptability and resilience to work in a rapidly changing and evolving business landscape.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with employer branding and social media recruitment strategies.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute employer branding initiatives to attract top talent on a global scale.
