Job Summary:
As an HRIntern, you will assist our HR team in various administrative tasksand gain practical experience in the field of Human Resources. Youwill also have the opportunity to learn about the inner workings ofa fast-paced and innovative company and contribute to our missionto shape the future of urban living.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist inrecruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening,and scheduling interviews
Support theonboarding process for new employees, such as preparing paperworkand conducting orientations
Help maintainaccurate and up-to-date employee records
-Assist in employee training and development programs
Participate in various HR projects and initiatives, suchas employee engagement activities and performance evaluationprocesses
Handle general HR inquiries andprovide support to employees
Contribute to theoverall improvement of HR processes and procedures
Qualifications:
-Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or relatedfield
Strong organizational andtime-management skills
Excellent written andverbal communication skills
Ability to workindependently and in a team environment
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Passionfor urban innovation and making a positive impact incommunities
Previous HR experience orcoursework is a plus
