    Responsibilities:
    • Manage the entire process in the planning of procurement of tools equipment's and spares and work closely with logistics team for timely delivery and avoid costly delays and lost opportunities.
    • Ensure effective lines of communication to ensure timely delivery of commodities using the most appropriate procurement procedures.
    • Be responsible for introducing process improvements in the supply chain and identify new vendors/suppliers without jeopardizing quality and service delivery.
    • Ensure full compliance with DB procurement rules and procurement policies and procedures.
    • Work closely with head office on strategic procurements.
    • Establish and implement a monitoring system that ensures that the prices paid are in line with local market prices.
    • Develop and manage the rosters of suppliers, elaborate supplier selection, and evaluation, quality, and performance measurement mechanisms.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual procurement plans, and progress reports as required.
    • Ensure transparent and competitive procurements are conducted and properly documented as required, and in compliance with DB s/he plans, organizes and leads the bid solicitation process including drafting and issuing RFQ, RFP, RFI, Tenders, developing bid evaluation criteria and guiding clients on processes involved; call for and oversee selection committees to review applications and select vendors s/he ensures the integrity of the competitive process, facilitates bidder debriefings where necessary, and exercises appropriate judgment and tact while ensuring to protect confidential information.
    • Prepare service delivery contracts, leases, and purchase orders for all needs.
    • Ensure the compliance and other checks needed for onboarding of a vendor in line with DB policy.
    • Maintain procurement files including all relevant documentation and vendor tracking system s/he will maintain all the relevant information concerning the organization's suppliers.
    • Manage vendor contracts and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure completeness of deliverables outlined in the contract this includes ensuring that all vendor complaints and concerns are addressed promptly to ensure that the project continues to always receive uninterrupted services. Qualification:
    • Bachelor's degree or MBA in supply chain management, logistics.
    • 8-12 years of experience
    • Must have experience on software like SAP
    • Proven experience managing supply chain operations.
    • In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
    • Management and leadership skills.
    • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
    • Highly organized and detail oriented.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Our company offers a technically sophisticated and customized infrastructure, mobility and transport solutions. We acquire, initiate and manage rail operations and maintenance projects outside Europe. We are looking for transport and mobility enthusiasts and entrepreneurs with long-standing experience in railway operations and projects in India or are currently seeking you to build up and manage the operation and maintenance of a Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) and Mass Rapid Transport System (MRTS) business in Delhi, India. This 82km long Delhi-Meerut line will consist of 16 RRTS and 6 MRTS stations. This will include developing a local O&M company from scratch to full operations, developing and leading a passionate and performance driven team, steering quality, performance and customer satisfaction as well as ensuring economic success in India
