Key Responsibilities:

Network Operations & Maintenance:

Manage the daytoday operations and maintenance of optical fiber cable networks.
Conduct regular inspections and assessments of the network infrastructure to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
Oversee preventive maintenance activities to ensure the longevity and efficiency of optical fiber assets.
Troubleshoot and resolve network outages, disruptions, and performance issues in a timely manner.
Monitor network performance metrics and take proactive measures to maintain high levels of service quality.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address escalated technical problems and implement solutions.

Optical Fiber Expertise:

Possess thorough knowledge of optical fiber cable technology, including installation, termination, and splicing techniques.
Utilize Optical Time-Domain Reflectometer (OTDR) and other testing equipment for fault detection, measurement, and analysis of fiber optic links.
Perform optical fiber splicing, connectorization, and patching as needed to maintain network integrity.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in optical fiber technology to ensure best practices are followed.

MTTR (Mean Time to Repair):

Track and analyze Mean Time to Repair metrics to evaluate network reliability and identify areas for improvement.
Develop strategies to minimize MTTR by optimizing processes, equipment, and response protocols.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Proficiency in using OTDR equipment, splicing machines, and other relevant tools.
Strong understanding of optical fiber principles, cable types, connectors, and network architecture.
Proven experience in team management, leadership, and effective delegation.
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills to diagnose complex network issues.
Good communication skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and interact with customers.

Salary:
₹400, ₹500,000.00 per year
