Overview:


As a Website Designer, you'll be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that effectively communicate the client's message and meet their business goals.

You'll collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and translate them into engaging web designs. Attention to detail, creativity, and proficiency in various design tools are essential for success in this role.


Key Responsibilities:


Design Development:
Conceptualize, design, and develop responsive websites that align with client objectives, brand identity, and industry best practices.

Client Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, goals, and target audience, ensuring that designs meet their expectations and business needs.


  • User Experience (UX)

Design:
Create intuitive user experiences by incorporating principles of usability and user-centered design into website layouts and navigation structures.


  • Visual

Design:

Design visually appealing graphics, layouts, and multimedia elements (such as images, videos, and animations) to enhance website aesthetics and engagement.


Front-End Development:

Work closely with front-end developers to implement designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring seamless integration of design elements and functionality.


Content Management:

Manage website content, including text, images, and multimedia assets, using content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.


Quality Assurance:

Conduct thorough testing and debugging of websites across different browsers, devices, and screen sizes to ensure optimal performance and compatibility.


  • Responsive

Design:

Optimize websites for mobile devices and tablets, employing responsive design techniques to ensure consistent user experiences across various platforms.


SEO Optimization:

Implement basic search engine optimization (SEO) principles, such as optimizing metadata, headings, and image alt tags, to improve website visibility and rankings on search engines.


Continuous Learning:

Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in web design and development, continually enhancing skills and knowledge to deliver innovative solutions.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in web design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design projects and technical skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch.
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in frontend frameworks/libraries (e.g., Bootstrap, jQuery) preferred.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and web development tools (e.g., WordPress, Adobe Dreamweaver).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for creating visually appealing and functional designs.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.

Pay:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
