Role Summary:
PMO and workflow mgmt


  • Build recruitment, L&D, Compliance and Infosec, and Financial mgmt. (PR/PO) framework for the entire unit of BIU
  • Design and build the infrastructure for data profiling, discovery, analysis, for all above
  • Build the L&D framework, and six sigma and scoring mechanism score and evaluation metrics for embedment across various processes.
  • Build and maintain SOP for all functions in the department for the entire organization with definitions and holistic record of business logic and derivations
  • Raising data quality and performance levels across systems.
  • Key operational metrics, KPI, and DQ analysis reports to aid in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Documentation of methodologies, assumptions, procedures, and processes of initiatives undertaken by the various units
  • E xperience in performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Prior experience in establishing & driving similar data / governance initiatives.
  • Proven track record as an excellent program manager and influential change agent in banking and financial services, preferably insurance
  • Proven experience of team member player, career development of others and developing individuals in the program and change management space
  • Strong understanding of the importance and benefits of good processes/data flows/ and the ability to champion results
  • Ensure all senior stakeholders are effectively engaged across all functional and departmental teams
  • Develops prioritization methods for and implementation plans for information governance initiatives
  • Facilitate enterprise data governance priorities and assess internal data management maturity practices

**Data Base Management / Business Analytics

  • Database management from all core systems / sources of the organization
  • Experience working with and analyzing data from large, disconnected and/or unstructured datasets
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage projects and work with crossfunctional teams
  • Advanced working SQL /Oracle knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases**Implementation

**Qualification
Graduate/PG degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent quantitative field and 5+ years of experience in a data quality focused role

DQ and master data mgmt. working knowledge and implementation experience on same in financial industry is desirable

**Experience
2-6 years minimum

Exposure to insurance industry is preferable- A recognized data quality certification e.g. IQCP, CIMP, ISO 8000
