Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:


  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Craft specialized strategies for Meta Ads platforms, including but not limited to Facebook and Instagram.

Meta Ads Expertise:


  • Stay updated on the latest trends and features of Meta Ads platforms.
  • Utilize advanced targeting options, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies to optimize campaign performance.
3.


Campaign Management:


  • Oversee endtoend execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and performance tracking.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign data to make datadriven decisions and optimizations.
4.


Content Development:


  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling and optimized ad creatives for Meta Ads.
  • Ensure ad content aligns with brand messaging and resonates with the target audience.
5.


Analytics and Reporting:


  • Regularly analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
6.


Budget Management:


  • Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources for maximum ROI.
  • Implement costeffective strategies to achieve campaign objectives.
7.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:


  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including sales, design, and content, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, with a focus on Meta Ads.
  • Indepth knowledge of Meta Ads platforms, advertising policies, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative campaign ideas.

Preferred Skills:


  • Certification in Meta Ads or related digital marketing certifications.
  • Familiarity with other digital marketing channels, such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools.

Salary:
₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month


Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
